. But what really gets me is that he's not afraid to speak out about mental health and depression, it shows that hes okay with being vulnerable and thats a super powerful message

Like, having the right mentor (Goncalves) at the right time is pretty crucial - I bet if Thiago hadn't met Goncalves, who knows where he'd be now?
