so yeah i think this appointment is a good move for west brom

plus, he's got experience with national teams which will definitely help him navigate the championship. i'm not saying it'll be easy for him to turn the team around, but i think he's got the right stuff to give it a shot 
34 is SO young for this job, but I guess you can't put a price on experience
