. worked with chelsea and man utd? that's some serious pedigree 
. but at the same time, he's only 34 and never managed a team in england before so there's that risk factor 
. consistency is key, especially in the championship...if he can crack that code, we might be onto something 
. the fact that he's been warm welcomed by the existing staff is a big plus too
