Defense seeks to block videos of Charlie Kirk's killing in murder case, claims bias

🤔 This whole thing is just wild... like, I get why the defense wants to limit info, but at the same time, shouldn't we know what's going on in our courts? It feels like they're trying to hide something because it's too hot for the media to handle. And what's with all this talk about bias? Can't people just make their own opinions based on facts? 🤷‍♀️ The fact that news outlets are already making assumptions about Robinson's politics before he's even been proven guilty in court is crazy... like, isn't that kinda what we're trying to avoid with trials - outside influence? 🙄

this is so messed up 🤯... like can't we just have a fair trial without all this drama?! 📺... and yeah, graphic vids are definitely gonna sway jurors' minds... and news orgs trying to project conclusions about the shooter's politics before the trial? that's not cool 😒... prosecutors think open courts are key to fair trials... but defense lawyers want some chill 💤... can't we all just agree on transparency in court proceedings?! 🤝

omg u cant make this up 🤯 like defense lawyers are literally trying to hide graphic vids from the general public but im all for it lol they shouldnt have to witness the heinous crime before its proven in court 1st

tbh, i think they got a point about media bias tho - its wild how ppl r already jumping to conclusions based on news outlets & thats gonna sway jurors? idk if i agree w/ them that we need to ban TVs & cameras from courtroom tho thats kinda extreme 🤷‍♀️ but transparency is def important, esp considering this guy was involved in trump's election & ppl have made so many assumptions about him already 🙄

I'm so confused by this, guys 🤯. Can't we just have an open trial and let the evidence speak for itself? Defense lawyers are already freaking out about the media coverage, but like, isn't that what trials are all about - people discussing and forming opinions based on facts?

And honestly, I think it's kinda unfair to block graphic videos of the shooting. People want to know what happened, right? It's not just about Charlie Kirk's activism, it's about a murder on campus that left him dead.

The defense is worried that jurors will be swayed by biased reporting, but I don't get why they can't handle criticism in a public forum. And as for the lip readers, that's some next-level drama 🤣. It feels like the media is playing a game of "gotcha" instead of just trying to report the facts.

I'm all for transparency, even if it means some misinformation slips through. Can't we just have a more nuanced conversation about this case and what it says about our society? 🤔

Wow! 🤯 This is getting so crazy with all the cases happening on college campuses... like how people are making judgments based on the victim's politics and stuff. Interesting! 📺 The media can really sway opinions and it's not always easy to separate what's real and what's just speculation. Can't help but wonder if we're creating a culture where trials are more about public opinion than facts? 🤔

omg this is crazy 🤯 like what even is the deal with graphic vids? cant they just show like a grainy security footage or something? its not like it would ruin anything

and btw isnt it weird that people already jumped to conclusions about the shooter's politics before they were proven in court? didnt they watch some news article and was like "oh hes a trump supporter so hes gonna die" lol no thanks i dont wanna see those vids anyway

i mean i get whats going on with bias and stuff but cant we just have open and transparent trials where everyone gets a fair shot? or is that too much to ask for

and what is up with the media using lip readers? isnt that like soooo not cool 🤥
