California husband sues McDonald’s after ‘vagrant’ kills his wife in drive-thru

🤦‍♂️ I mean, come on... McDonald's gets sued for not keeping their drive-thrus secure enough? 😒 It's like they're saying "Hey, we know there's a guy who's going to try to kill people at our restaurant, but we'll just leave the windows open so he can get in and out whenever he wants 🙄". And now the wife is dead and the husband is all like "You guys should've done something" 👊. It's not like they're asking for much, just a basic level of safety would be nice 😒. I guess that's what you get when you go to a fast food joint in an area with some serious issues 🤷‍♂️.

Ugh 🤦‍♂️, I'm so disturbed by this McDonald's lawsuit 😩. It's like, they're saying that employees should've done more to prevent a fatal attack on innocent customers 👥. But isn't it also true that we can't lock everyone out of these places? I mean, homeless folks are struggling with mental health and addiction issues, and sometimes they just get lost or frustrated 🤕.

It's not like McDonald's just abandoned its employees on purpose 🙅‍♂️. They're trying to make a living, too! And this husband is suing them for not providing enough security? Like, what's the responsibility of the customer here? Not putting themselves in harm's way by going to a sketchy area, maybe? 🤷‍♀️

Anyway, I think we need to have more nuanced conversations about public safety and homelessness 📢. It's not just about the business being held accountable, but also about how we can support people who are struggling on the streets 🤝.

I mean, come on! 🤯 McDonald's has been getting slammed for this, but I think they're getting a bad rep here. I've worked in retail and seen some sketchy customers, but this homeless guy just lost it and attacked the couple. It's not like he was lurking outside waiting to pounce - he just happened to be at the drive-thru when things went down. 🚗

And what really gets me is that the wife jumped out of the car to help her husband... what's McDonald's supposed to do? Catch every single homeless person in a chokehold before they get violent? It's not like they're running some kind of prison camp here. 😩

😱 this is insane! a homeless guy just goes crazy on a mcdonald's couple 🤯 and nobody does anything?!? i mean what kinda place just leaves customers sitting ducks 🚫 for some thug to pounce on? the fact that they knew about green's history of problems but did nothing about it is just appalling 😷. what's going on with our society when we let this kind of thing happen to people who are just trying to eat a burger and fries?!? 🍔🤦‍♂️
