Pocketpair has teamed up with Bushiroad, behind popular titles such as Weiss Schwarz and Shadowverse: Evolve, to create a new trading card game centered around creatures from the beloved game.

Fans can expect strategic battles between two players, each constructing their deck with their favorite Pal - think Blazamut, Celaray, or Grizzbolt. The cards will likely be filled with action-packed artwork and unique abilities that echo the fast-paced gameplay of Palworld.

A notable aspect of this collaboration is its timing. As The Pokémon Company celebrates 30 years in the business, it seems an apt moment to enter the market with a competing TCG. Given the resurgence in popularity for Pokémon cards, collectors may find themselves eager for alternatives - and that could make the Palworld trading card game an attractive option.
